They are truly wonderful people to do a team It is always great working with small groups because you get to know the people a little bit better than when you are hosting a big group team building session. This was just the case with Enterprise – small and intermit and the activities that they have chosen made it even more interesting.

Spud Scud is always a great activity to do and it doesn’t matter if you are male or female, when you can shoot at a target with such a big air gun, then it is fun. They just couldn’t get enough of Spud Scud and the type of games in the activity just grew more interesting as time passed. Being blindfolded and relying on your fellow team mates to guide you didn’t make a difference – it was al about fun and building their team.

The gumboot dancing was a bit trickier and the teams really had to pull out all the stops to make sure they do not lose their rhythm and steps. After receiving their boots and instructions from Thulani their instructor the teams were ready to go out on their own and ad the extra steps needed to clinch victory. If it only could be that simple… It is amazing to see how well the teams gel together when they train and how everything then just go to smithereens when they have to perform. The laughter as they performed proofed that irrespective the moves that went astray, they were having a great time.

A musical trivia for the following evening was just the way they wanted to end the three day conference and team building event. Music ranging from the 80’s to current favourites ensured that everyone sat on the edges of their seats. The jingles from old programs and sitcoms were one thing they didn’t expect and it took everyone down memory lane.

I have to say it again – the Enterprise team that we hosted has been one of the most spontaneous and friendly group that we have seen in years and that says a lot about the company and the manager of the team.

To be honest I’ll think twice before I buy an competitors product…
